Hi, I'm Michelle!

At Atlas Brain Health, I believe that a better, healthier life is within us all. Our brains shape everything we think, feel, and do, and when we learn how to care for them, we open the door to greater clarity, balance, and fulfilment, regardless of our age.

I started Atlas Brain Health because I wanted to help people understand just how powerful their brains are, and how small changes can make a big difference to how we live and feel each day. My work brings together science and practical tools to make brain health simple, relatable, and life-changing.

Through workshops, courses, and talks, I share evidence-based, practical, and person-centred strategies that help people build resilience, improve focus, and nurture their wellbeing from the inside out.
