Hi, I'm Michelle!

I believe that a better, healthier life is within us all. Our brains shapes everything we think, feel, and do, and when we learn how to care for our brains, we open the door to greater clarity, balance, and fulfilment, regardless of our age or ability.

I founded Atlas Brain Health to help people understand the powerful role the brain plays in performance, resilience, recovery, and everyday wellbeing. By blending science, psychology, and practical tools, we makes brain health accessible and relatable so people can better understand themselves, navigate pressure, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Through speaking engagements, workshops, courses, and coaching, I share evidence-based, practical, and person-centered strategies that help people improve performance, build resilience, improve clarity and focus, and nurture their wellbeing from the inside out.
