By purchasing or enrolling in a course through our website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, educational, and non-commercial use only.

Unless otherwise stated, course materials will be available to you for six months from the date of purchase. After this period, access may expire unless renewed under our then-current pricing and policies.

Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation

All fees for courses are listed in Canadian Dollars and must be paid in full before access is granted. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time without prior notice.

Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued except as required by law. If you experience technical issues preventing access to the course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

We reserve the right to terminate your course access without a refund if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or misuse course materials.

In addition to the conditions set out in the “Use of the Website” section of these Terms and for greater certainty, you may not:
